I was called to a home to repair a furnace that was not working properly. Upon inspection, I found that the furnace was not supported properly, and the coils were sagging. I installed struts to support the coils and furnace, and also repaired a leak in the condensation pump.
I set up a time and material job for a customer who needed two techs and some 3/4 pvc and a 5ft piece of strut. The job was scheduled for one day next week.
I cleaned the condenser coil inside and out, removing dirt and debris. I also cleaned the bottom of the condenser, which was covered in dirt and debris.
Unit had dead batteries in thermostat. Replaced batteries system up and running job complete
Changed filters checked operation of sequence. Recommend replacing furnace above register. System is running very hard to keep up with cooling lobby area. Due to age this furnace is not functioning properly.

No failing parts on the short 2017 40 gallon Rheem atmospheric water heater. Floor drain works great, tank hadn’t been flushed in 3 years, drain valve sprayed me when I opened it, but stopped once fully open. Advising an expansion tank the the 3/4” copper water lines. Customer not interested in a softener.
